Ge dishwasher soap powder does not completely empty

i have tried 3 different powder soaps and lately there is soap always left in dispenser in varying amounts. any help.

Check the water level. It suppose to be no lower than the notch on the right side of the float cup cover. I would recommend to use a tableted detergent instead of powder. Also make sure the pump works.
