GE Dishwasher only blinks

Yesterday, we lost power to the house for a few hours. Last night we went to start the dishwasher and only the hot dry and hot water dishes lights were on AND blinking. when we closed the dishwasher, it ‘ran’ but with no water and still blinking lights. Very frustrating. I have held down ALL BUTTONS for at least 3 seconds to lock or unlock and nothing changes…it was fine the day before the power loss. ANY suggestions??

should we just let it run it’s course? i’m afraid that we’ll burn the motor

Did you ever figure anything out. Ours just started similar symptoms today. Would love to hear if you solved it.

Hi. Wow, forgot about that. I sat there for a while holding down the start and ‘normal cycle’ button, I THINK. I have to find the manual because i believe that i wrote down what i did on there. I will set a tickler for this to reply later
