GE Dishwasher Fills But Motor Does Not Start

I have a GE GSD6610K01WW Dishwasher. With no previous issues, it just stopped working.

It fills with water, but the motor does not start.
The panel indicators light up like normal (sensor, wash, normal, etc). The LED timer lights up and counts down as normal.
It drains when I press the start/reset.

I’ve read other posts about a possible stuck motor. I turned the motor over by moving the fins on the motor but it was not stuck.

There does not seem to be a hum from the motor.

When I watch the motor at the end of the fill cycle, the only sound or motion noted is the water fill stopping (maybe the fill valve engaging?). No clicks, hums or anything else is noted.

Can anyone help?
Thank you

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried here, Sears and the GE site.

All I can suggest is that you measure across the motor when it should be on.
If you get 120 volts then the motor is shot.

If there is 0 volts.
Check the wires from the motor up to the conmntrol board.
If they are good then odds are that thecontrol board is shot.

Thanks.
Can you explain what you mean to measure across the motor?
I have a volt meter, but not sure where you are suggesting to measure.

There should be two wires connected to the motor.
Measure across those two wires.

I dfo not have access to GE wiring diagrams so cannot give you the wire colors.

Two red/white on top and one blue on the bottom. Seems to be 0 volts across the connectors to the motor when it should be running.
