Main Symptom: Will Not Start
What happens & when: Initially Dryer Would Not Dry Clothes
Error Code (if any): None
Parts or tests already tried: Found Broken Heating Element, Broken and Shorted Closed Start Switch, Thermostat (Fuse), and Broken Belt Interlock Switch.
Replaced those components to correct lack of drying clothes and now it’s exhibiting NO START
I tackled this job to save my ailing mother $$$$
I have since tested every Switch and have continuity when depressed (if required)
I followed the Appliance Parts Pros procedures and came to the conclusion the motor was faulty. I replaced the motor and the motor will not activate. I went back through all the procedures outlined in the video and the motor will not activate.
Any help would be AWESOME!
