GE Cafe french door fridge Not freezing ICE

Does anyone have a technical service guide they can email me for this fridge? I would like to diagnose this myself and pull the error codes. GE Tech said to replace the blower fan, didnt work.

Current State:
The water is in the icemaker. The icemaker has been replace. The blower fan has been replaced that cools the icemaker.
