What happens & when: when it runs the the cap of the water distribution unit that houses a white magnetic spinner pops off seems like pressure is causing it to pop off I’ve cleaned everything many times- jets, all water delivery pipes and even blown back the drain it washes once well and then pops off again

You will need to check the spray arm hub as it would be the most likely cause for the spray arm popping off.
