GE Cafe" board issues for refrigerator and oven

**Main Symptom:**We are working on GE Cafe" stove Model: CGS750P4M3W2, S# LT171942P. The customer said that the stove top works but not the oven. he said the display board is not lit up. We changed touch board assy. WB27X45670. The oven is still not working. He also has a Cafe" refrigerator M# CYE22TP4MJW2 S# HT516742 The display board went out on the refrigerator a couple of days after the oven. The owner said there were no power outages r power surges. Both appliances are WIFI. All is good with the outlets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jesse_jks, regarding the range, is there 120 Volts AC measured at the main control connection J901? This can help ensure there is not a voltage supply issue due to a power supply wire. Regarding the refrigerator, does everything other than the display work properly?

Yes, everything else works for the refrigerator except the display board
