The shaft from the knob to the oven control switch was sheared off accidentally, right at the knob, so some of the shaft is stuck inside the knob. I can’t seem to find a replacement knob and switch.
Can we just use JB Weld or something similar to glue it back together? The oven was off when the shaft was broken, so it’s not hard to match up the pieces.
Do we have to order a new switch instead, if that’s not a reasonable repair process?
Are there matching replacement knobs available for a 20-year-old gas range and oven?
Is it a knob or a push button?
I found this. Is this the right computer/clock for your range?

If not, could you take a pic of it and post it?
No, it’s not the clock. It’s the oven knob. The knob turns, but doesn’t push in. I’ll try to post a pic, but I haven’t done anything on forums in forever, and I’ve forgotten how.
These 2 pics show the front of the oven, and the knob and where it used to be attached to the rest of the shaft.
