Gasket replacement for Imperial freezer

I’m searching for the gasket replacement part for an Imperial Heavy Duty Commercial Freezer (Model # UL2494ECW5). The door doesn’t seal completely, and I get a build up of ice and frost on the inside of the freezer. I’m also looking for the replacement key for the lock.

Did you ever find a replacement Gasket? Or the key? I have the same 2 problems. If I had the key, I could lock it tight. right now I have the door duct taped.
