I have a dynasty gas range. The oven stopped heating up. I replaced the igniter now it is glowing red which it was not doing before but it is still not sparking the element. I do not hear any gas flowing to the oven. But I can use the burners and the broiler. so gas is flowing to the unit. Do you think it is the gas valve???
Part Details - WHIRLPOOL Valve, bi - metal, part number: AP4085439 this is only my best guess. but would they go out at the same time? I also replaced the igniter about 17 months ago

I’m afraid I did not get clear when did you replace the oven igniter - 17 months ago or just recently?

Also I did not find the part number for the Bake gas valve on the diagram - very strange.

I have replaced it twice 17 months ago and last saturday. This is the part I replaced DVJD-OGBI

I think this is the part I need but I am not sure Part Details - WHIRLPOOL Valve, bi - metal, part number: AP4085439

Possible the problem is a bad gas valve but I can not confirm the part number because it is not shown on the diagram. Try to call Appliance Parts Pros customer service Monday.
