Hello!
Of course… as soon as the 1 year warranty is over… things go wrong! I’m pretty handy, but when gas is involved I’m a little cautious… so here I am hoping for help.
Here’s what’s happening- On some occasions the oven is in use when the right rear burner ignitor starts clicking repeatedly. It cannot be shut off and all the knobs are in the off position. The only solution is to shut the power off or put up with it till the oven is done cooking and then shut off the power. Sometimes once the oven is cooled the burner clicking will stop, but not always. It also starts clicking randomly for no particular reason. We’ve turned the power off at the breaker, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. SHould I pull the oven out and turn off the gas too?
Can we take the ignitor out of the burner and still use the stove safely? Or should we just turn it all off until I can get it repaired? Is the ignitor the only thing that needs replaced?
Thanks for the help!
