My Whirlpool gas dryer
I just changed the Thermal fuse but now the dryer
will heat for only around 5 - 7 minutes and shut down but still tumbles and when the flames shut down they will not ignite again until after about 30 minutes after the dryer has been shut down
That would mean you have a bad coil on the gas valve. Replace both coils on the valve, and all will be well. It will start, but the secondary coil will not kick in. This is a cheap and easy repair. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
