How can I access the fuse (#AP2631556) so I can replace it?
First unplug the microwave then remove the griddle that goes all the way across the top front. You may be able to get to it from there but you can remove the one screw to remove the control panel to give you more room. Microwave Repair Guide

Thanks for help on the fuse; it’ apparentlyk; has continuity. Door switches had these results: primary, door closed continuity, door open no! Monitor, door closed no!, door open yes!. Top switch, door closed, yes, door open no!. Not sue what this means!!Also unable to find terminals marked c, n.o and n.c.. Should I replace the smart board or is there something else I can try? THNKS Dave

The control board may be bad but there are two other safety switches (small black thermostats) that may cause this although I rarely ever see them bad.
