I have a problem while filling the washer, the water will not shut off and will overfill and force the door open. this will happen during the wash and/or rinse cycle.
Wow, that is not good, hope the flooding damage has not been bad.
Check the hose leading from the water level switch to the basket. If it is clogged it can cause your problem.
If after you clear it out you still have the problem, try changing out the water level switch, this part here.
