Well, unfortunately sounds like you may have several problems.
I would take off the back and inspect the support mechanism for broken parts, as that is the likely cause of your vibration problem.
On the rinse side I suggest you clean out the pump and discharge area as something is likely impeding the flow of rinse water out of the machine.
