Front door Touchscreens not working

Main Symptom: Front door touchscreens not lite or functioning
What happens & when: always

Error Code (if any): Interior lights do not come on, door switches work, no display on the door for water, ice, light dispenser. All else functions.

Hello, it sounds like an issue with your main control board is no longer powering the front display, especially with other things like your lights being out as well. This board is located under the front of the refrigerator, behind the grill at the bottom. You may need to replace both the main control and the display board. I have seen that the new board is not compatible with the old display board.

Any wat to tell which board it is?

I did find the display board lights up, then dims out when you unplug the power to it.
