Unit begins in short cycle (50 minutes)runs for about 3 minutes then jumps to 99+ minutes in display. Cleaned the broken glass strainer and run the 120 degree hot water before starting the cycle. Have tested the heating element and it is good. I think it runs for about 3 hours to complete a cycle. Any help is appreciated.
Trying running it through the test cycle that is shown on the tech sheet and see what happens.
I assume you are talking about the water service test? From the PF mode i hold the dry and start buttons for 3 sec. the display shows DO which i assume is door open? When I try to ccle through the program it gives me – which then turns sideways // then back – then down – i must be doing something wrong. Or I am not even on the same page you are talking about. I have worked on several appliances with success before so i am not a total beginner but I need more help. Sorry to be a problem.
