Frigidaire washing kicking to "No Spin" option and error code E23

Main Symptom: No matter what it is set on, it will automatically kick to the ‘no spin’ option and stop within a few seconds.
What happens & when: See Symptom above.

What I have done so far: I have cleaned the filter due to it being clogged with coins, debris, and a sock. I have redid connections due to a leak. I have unplugged and pushed options and cancel to reset to factory modes. I have also checked all connections and the door lock assembly.

Top load washer, front load washer?

I found this for a front load washer:
E23
Drain pump relay failed.
The drain pump relay on the control board failed.
Replace the electronic control board.

What is the model number of your appliance? The model number can usually be found just behind the door / under the lid depending on if it is a top load or front load. Generally speaking, an appliance making its own selections despite what button is pressed usually indicates a control failure.
