Frigidaire upper spray arm falls off

I have a Frigidaire pld4375rfco and the upper spray arm falls off with each wash cycle. The part that I am referring to is 24B on the the motor page. The plastic arm is found in the top rack and top rack items are not completely clean.
The nut (female threads) and a white piece of plastic are still attached to the unit. The white plastic piece can still be clipped to the arm but doesn’t seem to handle the water pressure and pops off.

When looking at the parts with the door open after I have screwed off the entire 24B, I don’t see part 32 (the gasket).
Is the gasket supposed to be visible form the inside with the door open?
In other words, does part 32 go around the male threads on the assembly on the inside of part 24B?
If yes do I just need a new 32 or should I buy 32 and 24B with the thought that the white plastic clip has gone bad?

Thanks for your expertise.
Patrick

I do not have much in the way of expertise but looking at the parts breakdown it shows that the gasket goes above the tub.
This makes sense since having it directly under the nut assembly, the nut could grab it when you are tightening the nut causing it to deform. If it is on the outside of the tub this cannot happen and it would compress correctly.
