The Drain Hose From The Trough Is Clogged So That I Cannot Blow Air Through It At All. How Can I Clear The Drain Hose?
Very likely it is not only clogged but also is frozen.
Remove the rear panel inside the freezer and defrost the drain hole under the evaporator coils using a hair dryer. Then run some hot water though the drain. A turkey baster might help.

I always use a turkey baster and very hot water. If it fails to clear after all the ice is gone, I press the rubber end hard, usually the pressure will clear any dirt clog.
