Main Symptom: control panel going on and off. only water working wont change to ice, etc
What happens & when: control panel going on and off. when on only water will work nothing else.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: tried replacing the control panel with new and did the same thing.

Check the incoming power to the dispenser control on terminals J3-6 to J3-3.
