Ice dispenser seems to get “locked up” when attempting to dispense ice. We’ve examined the device and can’t seem to figure out what’s the cause.

This issue is likely something jammed or jamming in the bucket/auger assembly or the motor that turns it. see attached diagram: The yellow is the motor and fork that turns the auger and the green is the auger parts
