Main Symptom:FC & RC too warm
What happens & when: Defrost heater works correctly in the defrost cycle. Once that cycle ends, the compressor & heater will run continuously. Full frost pattern on evaporator. Not frost build up, no door seal issues, evaporator fan works. Freezer bottoms out around 30° refrigerator bottoms out around 55°. I did order a heater with bimetaland the defrost timer. Is there anything else I should look at?

They seem to have a timer problem on this.Read step 4 on this tech tip Step 4.) If there is power to both pin 4 & pin 2, cooling will be inconsistent.

a. The heat from the defrost heater will compromise the ability to cool properly.

b. Frost pattern will be poor, possibly small amount of frost at top of evaporator, comparable to a SSI.
