Frigidaire LED on dispenser will not turn when pressing

Main Symptom: Water from Dispenser not working
What happens & when: 4 days ago

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: verified water is getting to the dispenser for ice, I GET ICE, replaced filter, replaced Water inlet valve. Test water to the Frig, did system reset. During (Picture Red circle +/-) test could see the LED on the water dispenser did come on. but would not function after (Picture blue circle)

I am a disabled vet, limited mobility.

Photos / video link: on the attached phone the dispenser LED for water will not turn on.

For this issue ensure that the child lock is not on, then if not the issue would likely be in the display/UI board.

Hello Brad, No child lock is on, plus if i’m correct a reset would have reset the child lock.
