Main Symptom: cooktop not functioning
What happens & when: flashing 2 and 0 on right hand display, left hand does not accept button push (no beep). happens within 20-30 seconds of power on

Parts or tests already tried: Power cycled 5 times (one for 30 minutes)

These are a little funky on how they display codes. Is it showing anything on the left display when this happens? Could you get a picture of the displays when it gives the error?
So, I disassembled the top to take a look at the control boards and find the correct replacement parts. Once I put it back together, I did have a couple codes that flashed on the central display, so I power cycled again. After it came back up, the darned thing is working now! Must have been a loose wire/connection!
The codes that I found that could have been what you were seeing all said to power cycle the cooktop to reset everything and were communication errors that could be caused by a loose connection. If it comes back and you can snag some pics of the codes just let us know and we’ll take a look at it but hopefully it is all taken care of.
