Main Symptom:Ice maker not working nor is the Freezer
What happens & when:
First it was the icemaker. I replaced it and the water valve. Still not working, Then freezer isn’t freezing. What can II do?

It is very likely that the freezer was not able to reach less than 10 degrees when the ice maker seemed to have failed. This will prevent the ice maker from harvesting. Does the compressor and the fans seem to be operating almost non-stop? If so, the freezer shelves and bins would need to be removed, followed by the lower evaporator cover panel. Once removed, how much frost is on the evaporator? If a picture of the evaporator could be provided, it will help to clearly see where testing may need to go.
