Frigidaire ice maker stopped working

Brand:Frigidaire
Model Number:FFHP2750TD8
Main Symptom: ice maker stopped working
What happens & when: I have replaced the water filter, water inlet valve, ice tray assembly and the main control board. I have ran the ice maker diagnostics and everything works as should except the ice maker temp won’t drop below 27°. I have also checked all waters lines for blockages and freezing - all good. Also the ice maker will not fill with water. Please help. I am at a loss.

Error Code (if any):

Check the fan behind the icemaker to make sure that the fan is working. If it is not then check to make sure that there is 12 vdc to it. If there is but the fan is not running then replace the fan. Also, pull out the auger assembly and check the evaporator behind it to make sure that it is not frozen over. If it is then check the heater and the defrost thermostat to make sure that it is good.

The fam runs as it should in the diagnostic mode and the evaporator coil are not froze over.

Also if I put ice in the ice dispenser drawer it starts melting.

I took the ice maker apart last night, the coils were froze over and the evaporator drain hole was froze solid with ice. Thawed all of that out put it back together, ran diagnostic test and evaporator fan only runs 2 seconds on low but runs over 10 seconds on high. Still no water in tray and no ice. The temperature is at 2°

It just tried to get water to fill the ice tray but no water. I have water at the door dispenser.

I have an off brand water filter. Should I switch it out for a Frigidaire?
