Frigidaire ice maker not working

We have a Frigidaire 25.6 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator that we think is 1-2 years old, with an ice (cubed and crushed) and water dispenser on the freezer door. The ice maker has worked wonderfully since we bought this house in May, but lately it has stopped producing ice. The water dispenser still works perfectly. The ice maker still makes the same sounds as if it is making ice but then nothing comes out into the ice box. On occasion (i.e., every 1-2 days), we get 2-3 new cubes in the ice bin. We have consulted the manual and tried their suggestions, including checking the water connection lines and replacing the filter, and nothing seems to work. How can we fix this problem?

Here are your parts. The closest I could find is a MSG unit.

Here is a link to a manual. Although it is not an exact match to yours it should be close and the ice maker section is pretty good.
You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download it.

Sounds like the ice maker itself is OK but there is a problem with the water feed.

Try to run a manual forced cycle.

Check that the supply tube (item 51 in section 19 of the parts) is not frozen or partially frozen.

If OK then I would try a new water valve as it may not be opening correctly.
