Frigidaire Gallery - bottom freezer and ice maker

Ice tray is filling with water causing a block of ice as well as ice in the bottom
Its possible the tube in the top corner is dripping onto the ice maker, causing it to leak into the tray. I cant seem to find what this tube does on any parts diagrams.
I have tried defrosting the freezer, issue came back immediately.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing this issue?
The tube located at the back of the icemaker is the fill tube for water to come into the icemaker. The leaking that is occurring could be caused by a fill cup on the icemaker that may be frozen. If the fill cup is not frozen then it would likely be an issue with the water valve not allowing water to flow properly into the icemaker and would need to replace the water valve.
