Washer has power, but does not work. there is no error message on control panal. The timer does not advance. I did change the door switch, but that did not help. Please help me figure out what is wrong. I also unplugged it for a while, but still does the same thing. Also can hear the pump? when it tries to start. Thanks in advance for any help. it has also been intermittantly leaving brown stains on clothes. Could it be the transmission? I am at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.
