Frigidaire Fridge and Freezer not cooling

Hi, friends. Some time ago, during a storm, after a power surge my Frigidaire model PLHS39EESS9 stopped cooling. It runs when it’s plugged in, but it doesn’t cool the fridge at all and the freezer is cooling like 10% only! The temperature display is not working too. Can you help me with wich part is not working? Thanks in advance…

Most likely the problem is a bad dual digital control board.
