Is the fan in the icemaker room/area running? Is the fan in the freezer running? This is typically a fan not running issue that will not allow cold air to be circulated to the icemaker.

The crazy thing is that this past weekend the error code vanished and it made ice. Now, today, I have the error code again. The bottom freezer is cold with no issues. I am assuming the fan is running. Is the fan for the ice maker located behind the ice tray? Thanks, Jeff.

There is a fan in the icemaker room and in the freezer, they both should be running.

Yep! Both fans are running. I can hear them.

I did not hear back from you, after I shared with you, both fans are running. I did not follow up sooner, because the error code went away, and the ice maker starting making ice. However; a couple of days ago, the error code t7 showed up again, and it is not making ice anymore. Any suggestions? Thanks.

At this point, I have told you everything I can. Something that is intermittent is hard to diagnose when I can’t be there to put my hands on it. You may have to contact a reputable tech to take a look at it. Good Luck
