Frigidaire French door temperature

Bottom freezer temp swings between 0to 17 deg. while top refrigerator stays solid at 35 deg. Need help.

Is there a particular pattern with how long between times the freezer warms up quite a bit? Is the temperature being identified with a thermometer or through a digital display on the appliance? Also, if the model number could be provided, this will allow the most accurate information to be provided.

Frigidaire model is fphb2899lfa .Not sure of time intervals .At 6 am was back to 0 during the day went to 15 and now at 11pm it is back to 0.I notice that I do not seem to be getting air flow through vents in refrigerator but feel cool air and reirrigate stays at solid 35 deg. Using front display for temperatures. Could this be a air damper failure? Thanks for looking. I will check door gasket , but feel no cool air escaping. New development the refrigerator temp went from 35 to 43 and back down. This morning at 8 am both back to normal 0 and 35.

As both sections are able to reach the proper temperature, it would be very unlikely that there is a damper issue. However, the freezer should not have so much of a temperature range during normal operation. At most, it would have a 4 to 7 degree swing until it cools back down. The freezer door gasket would need to be inspected for any indications of an air leak that may be allowing warm air into the freezer.
