**Brand:**Frigidaire
**Model Number:**FGHC2344KF1
**Main Symptom:**freezer fluctuates between correct and too cold
What happens & when:
The door LEDs display the normal fridge temperature (37°F), but display a freezer temp between normal (0°F) and too cold (for example, -12°F). My store-bought thermometer agrees with those displayed temps, so my Frigidaire measures temps correctly but chooses a bad freezer temp sometimes?
I looked at the diagrams and parts lists on this website. I don’t see any temperature sensor for the freezer (except an on/off to control defrost), only one sensor in the fridge compartment. Does this model rely on that one sensor, plus the Refrigerator Air Damper Control, to produce what it assumes is correct freezer temperature?
I don’t see any frost problem.
I’m unsure which part to test/replace. Thank you!
Error Code (if any): None are displayed
Parts or tests already tried: I brushed and vacuumed dust off the condenser coil assembly, compressor, etc in the bottom rear space.
