Main Symptom: too warm, coils tops frosted
What happens & when: freezer running but too warm. Temp history shows warming every 8 hrs or so, just too high

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: I replaced defrost thermostat, defrost timer, and run capacitor a year ago and it has worked great since until last week. Toughed evaporator fan and it began to spin, but no temp change. Coils frosting on top section only.

If the evaporator fan motor was not running and you had to touch it to get it going then the evaporator fan motor would be the likely issue with the unit.

Freezer still not cooling with fan running.

If the freezer is not cooling but the fan is running with frost just at the top then you would need to have service since this would be a sealed system issue.
