Frigidaire FDBB945DC1. Control panel LEDs work. Any cycle can be selected and started. However when the cycle is started I hear a relay click but no motors come on. As the wash cycle continues on the display there is a click when it changes from washing to drying, etc. But the motor(s) never come on to run the pumps. If the Wash/Cancel button is pushed the cycle stops but water isn’t pumped out. Again no pump or motor noise is heard.
The water level valve isn’t stuck and moves freely. Also the switch attached to it clicks when raised and lowered.
Note: The water level switch should not effect the drain pump.
You could try the self test.
If you can get the motors to run then odds are the control board is toast.
If the motors do not run it does not rule out the control board.
Since neither the main pump or the drain motor run, the control board would be at the top of my list.
I would check that the wires from the control board to the motors are OK especially the wire that is common to them both.
I would also check the control board for signs of overheating, track cracks or bad connections.
