Frigidaire Electric Range

i HAVE A FRIGIDAIRE MODEL fef389wecc THA TAKES FOREVER TO HEAT UP. THE RELAY ON THE CONTROLE CARD ONLY STAYS ON FOR A FEW SECONDS. THE TOP ELEMENT IS GETTING 240 VOLTS TO IT BUT THE BOTTON GETS ONLY ABOUT 50 VOLTS.

Here are your parts

Here is a wiring diagram, note it si for wfcc which is the closest I could find

Note the parts has a wiring diagram but it is pretty blurry.

The first thing I would check is the temp sensor since the relay is switching the element on/off.

Here is a good site with basic oven repair info

Check out # 7 & 8
Note that a poor connection can also do this re: the sensor’s resistance is directly proportional to the temp so if a bad connection adds resistance to the circuit the control board thinks the oven is hotter than it actually is.

The 50 volts may just be ghost voltage, though it does seem a little high for this or the bake relay contacts are badly pitted dropping the voltage.
