I have a Frigidaire oven, model PLEB30T8CCB, that does not heats up. I followed some instructions I found regarding testing the “BAKE ELEMENT,” for continuity (part #67), and found out the continuity to be 18.1 ohms. Does this mean the element is bad, and need replacement?
Are there other tests I should be doing?

Spec looks like it should be 19.2 ohms but this is never an exact type measurement, so I would say your element is OK.

If neither element comes on I would check the thermal circuit breaker.
