Main Symptom: top center arm off, melted.
What happens & when:2 yr old dishwasher arm came off, melted and concerned that the connection area is damaged and not repairable

Is this the spray arm that is under the upper basket. If it is then here is a link for the part.

We know the part but the concern is that the connector is damaged and the part won’t stay attached, as shown in photo. AI analysis of photo suggested the damage to that area in tub wall may make it unrepairable. Frigidaire is offering discounted repair as it is out of warranty but would have to pay for technician to come out and don’t want to waste money if unrepairable
If the tub is damaged then it would be an issue that it will not be repairable.
The damage I refer to is the pic with the circle connector, so that is our concern. can you tell from that picture?
