Frigidaire Dishwasher doesn't drain everything few cycles

Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FFCD2413US2A
Main Symptom: Fails to drain every few cycles
What happens & when: Every 3-4 cycles our dishwasher will not fully drain. Sometime it is most empty and other times it is nearly full. I can manually turn the pump on and it will drain just fine, but I cannot figure out why it does this. I have cleaned out the debris basket and filter and nothing fixes it. When the pump is run manually it sounds just fine. Could this be the control board going bad? I would think if the pump were bad, it wouldn’t work as it does when turned on manually. The plumbing has not changed and the pump sends a strong stream of water into the drain when turned on manually. Thanks for any assistance.

Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: We typically run the 1-hour cycle, but I did do a full wash test cycle and it worked just fine for six or seven cycles but now ot has started having that issue again.

Hello, let me ask a few questions. When water appears in the tub, is it immediately after the wash cycle has ended, or is it a few hours or even overnight before you see water in the tub? I have seen drain pump motors run fine for several cycles, and then they get hot and quit. When it stops, are you able to immediately hit cancel and drain, and does it pump out ok then? Let me know what you find out, and we will proceed from there.
