Hello all,
First post here and thank you in advance for any help you can provide. My washer is not draining much at all. While I initially thought it was the final spin not working, I ran the diagnostic test and came up with E21 with an error (unless there is a way to see if more than one error code reads). I have no experience with this machine and was curious if there was a tutorial on what to do to check the flow problem and what parts might be applicable for this problem.

The first thing to do is to clean out the drain pump. If you have not done so you are going to be surprised at what you find, (money, paper clips, keys etc). then use the tech notes you should find inside the lower service panel to interpret the error code and do some testing.
Thank you. I was able to get the drain pump and drain assembly apart and found all of these wonderful things. It is now working again.
ETA: The item on the left is one of my son’s socks, which I imagine was causing most of the blockage issues.
