Model Number: GRMC2273CF00 (June 4, 2023)
Main Symptom: 2nd draw freezer not working
What happens & when: yesterday the light are flashing and light are on. But the 3rd draw is still working
Error Code (if any):
Parts or tests already tried: Pulled all food out to ensure nothing stuck, look at cable on 2nd draw. loos fine. Will not go to freezer and the hold 3 sec no longer works

There has to be a way of getting cold air to this drawer through a damper with a fan in the freezer pushing air up to this drawer. make sure all fans are working and nothing at the damper is froze up.
The 2nd draw panel “customer temp” for setting is hot. will not switch to freezer, lock switch is not moving. I reset the Ref and pulled the connector to the draw panel, it always fall back to the same.

Ok, confused. I just had a major 360 spine. So please bear with me. Why the tech sheet? is there a part or something. Sorry, again if i am wrong
How can you fix something on modern appliances without it. As you see this is a complex Refrigerator not a 1960 model!!!

Thank you for the sense of humor, I have masters in Software engineering. I think the point is the 3rd draw or the freezer is still working fine. So there is no indication “code” of the problem. If you look at Draw 2 (“Middle Drawer”), it is a Custom flex temp programmable draw, but the two LED lights “Meat/seafood” and “Deli/Snacks” are ON. Also the “UNLOCK HOLD” is not functioning as it should.
Could the problem be the Frigidaire Electronic Control Board on the(“Middle Drawer”) Part Number 5304529567?
