“His” front load washer machine will not rotate. It seems to do everything else fine. I think it could be the motor, but I am not sure. Could you suggest on my problem? My washer does not have a coupler. It uses a belt.

It is more likely the motor/speed control board, which controls the motor. It can also be the door lock assembly or the wiring into and out of the door lock assembly.
See if the tech notes inside the bottom of the lower service panel can help you in testing those components.
