Fridigaire Run-away oven tempature

The oven temp. can not be set, when set to bake at any temp., oven temp goes to 400’+

  1. Probe is good at 10.3K ohms at room temp.
  2. Clock time keeps needing to be set every morning
  3. Is the clock # AP3874704 controlling oven temp?

The temperature probe normal reading suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at room temperature. If the result you posted is not an error then the temperature probe is bad.

Otherwise the control board (aka a clock) is the culprit.
