Fridge shutting on and off at random

Main Symptom: cycling on and off
What happens & when: runs for a minute, compressor and condenser fan shut off for some seconds and then comes back on. At this time it keeps up with temp. I replaced the inverter board but did the same. I see the main board in the fridge is not available. I did seem to have my signal wire of 4 v DC. I don’t get it.
