**What happens & when-**Hi I have a Maytag MFD2561KES. It’s running too cold and freezing a lot of my food but the control panel won’t let me change the temperature. It’s stuck. I’m looking for the right replacement parts.

Do some of the touch buttons work or is the touchpad completely inoperable?
None of the buttons react when touched
With the power cord unplugged, the light cover would need to be removed, followed by the control panel. There are tabs on the back of each that would need to be pressed in with a flat head screwdriver from what I can see. Once they are removed, the ribbon harness running from the touchpad to the main control would need to be checked. If it is damaged, the touchpad has failed. If it is not damaged, the main control has failed. Unfortunately, it looks like both have been discontinued by the manufacturer from what I see in these links.
