Brand new fridge with something that appears to be on the tray underneath. Removed bulk of it but cannot remove tray (no access??) and the odour is getting worse. Can this be coming from inside the fridge and draining out somehow. How do I get at the trays on these new fridges.
How do I get a tray out from the underside of a new Kenmore fridge? Odour coming from tray area - not sure what is going on?
