Is the fill tube leading to the ice maker frozen with ice? If it is, you’ll need to clear the blockage and replace the dual water valve to prevent it from freezing again. If the tube isn’t frozen, the next step is to check the temperature in the ice maker compartment with a thermometer — it should be below 10°F for proper ice production. The tube isn’t frozen. The ice maker does not seem that cold. I do’t have a thermometer but it doesn’t seem to be that cold to the touch.

If you press the setting button until it highlights ice maker then press on, does the ice maker section start to cool down? If not, the ice box fan would need to be tested for DC voltage from the main control connection J8 from the pin 1 black wire to the pin 4 red wire. What voltage reading is present if any?
