I have taken off the cover for the evaporator fan as well and it doesn’t visually look like anything is wrong but it is not sprinkling. I don’t know if that is because I can only see it when the doors are open and it doesn’t spin then or what.
Try holding the door switch in with the door open, I believe it is on the right side of the cabinet. If the fan is not running, it will not send air up to the refrigerator. The motor is, WR60X10277 Evaporator Fan Motor | Genuine Ge OEM In Stock, if it is not running, you can check for voltage going to the motor, no voltage, replace the main control on the back. If there is voltage and it will not run, replace the motor. The control on the back is WR55X11064 Control Board | Genuine Ge OEM In Stock
