Fridge leaks from hole in frame

My fridge is leaking from a hole in the frame of the fridge where a pipe comes out. Please see this picture. The water leak is coming from the part that is circled in the image. The arrow shows rust from the leak. This picture shows the bottom part of the pipe. There are arrows beside the rust spots. This picture shows the back of the fridge.

The leak might be from the pipe itself. I have simply noticed condensation on the pipe. My guess is the leak is from the circled hole. What should I do? I am thinking I should seal the hole with caulking. If I seal the hole will this cause water to pool above the leak? Maybe there is a leak elsewhere that requires repairing and this would cause a problem elsewhere. Any other suggestions?

Remove the rear panel inside the freezer and check under the evaporator coils.

Thanks Gene. The model number is 596.52673200.

I don’t know how to access the pipe where the leak is. Please see this picture. I previously removed the rear panel inside the freezer. Under the evaporator cells is the white plastic pipe with the arrow. The pipes with a line through them are farther back in the frame of the fridge. How do I access these? I would rather not take lots of the fridge apart if I don’t have to. That would be great if I can simply seal the hole that leaks the water.
